Initial Consultation (Meet-n-Greet)
We are excited about meeting new clients everyday, which is why we offer a free initial consultation visit also called "Meet-n-Greet". We strongly recommend that all decision makers attend this introduction appointment. In order to maximize the effectiveness of our meeting, we also suggest you have two complete sets of household keys including outside and secondary entrances plus keys for all locks on the door. If you have an alarm system or biometric lock, please be prepared to issue us either shared full-access codes, service worker access or disable the system during the hours we are expected to care for your pets. At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, meet your pet(s), transfer keys and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.
Cost:	No charge for initial consultation. $15 for additional consultation visits In the event that the initial consultation meeting was not attended by all decision makers, causing subsequent consultion visits. You can avoid this charge by making certain that all decision makers can attend the free initial consultation appointment. $10 for separate key pickup visits In the event that the 2-sets of household keys or access is not made available during the initial consultation or additional consultation meeting. You can avoid this charge by making sure you have the 2-sets of keys available during the consultation appointment. Please Note: 50% Deposit and 2-sets of keys must be provided during consultation in order to guarantee your reservation or service agreement.

Dog Walks
Dog walk visits provide your dog(s) 20-30 minute walks or play, "accident" clean-up, fresh water, food or treat and medication, if required. Dog walks are the most commonly requested service we offer, so save money by purchasing multi-walks with our prepaid visits. You can purchase prepaid visits online and from your dog sitter directly. These prepaid visits can be used for routinely scheduled visits or upon request.
Rates:	$19.00 per visit for up to 2 dogs
	$5.00 per additional dog
Prepaid Discount Packs:
	$170.00 for 10 prepaid visits (only $17 per visit) Ideal for 2-weeks of daily walks or 10 on demand visits to be used within 90-days.
	$240.00 for 15 prepaid visits (only $16 per visit) Ideal for 3-weeks of daily walks or 15 on demand visits to be used within 90-days.
	$300.00 for 20 prepaid visits (only $15 per visit) Ideal for 1-month of daily walks or 20 on demand visits to be used within 90-days.

Pet Setting for Cats, Birds & Other Exotic Pets
Generally this service is for cats, birds, hamsters, reptiles and rabbits. We provide care and human interaction to your pet(s) in your home. Visits generally last 20 to 30 minutes. We will clean litter boxes and cages, provide owner-supplied food and treats, recycle water source, administer supplements and medication as directed. In addition to these standard duties, we try to interact with your pet(s) whenever possible. jWalk strives to better understand each pet's personality in order to develop routines that provide a stress-free environment.
Rates:	$19.00 per visit for up to 4 pets

Vacation Pet Care Service
When you are away on vacation or business travel you can enjoy your trip without worrying about the well being of your pets and your home. Our Vacation Pet Service is designed as an alternative to boarding houses. While you are away, we will take care of your pet in your home with 30-40 minute visits to walk your dog, clean litter boxes and cages, feed your pets and administer medication. In addition, we will make your home look lived in by bringing in mail and newspapers, rotating lights, watering plants and bringing trash cans in/out for collection. Minimum of 3-days required.
Rates:	$36.00 per day for up to any 3 pets (2 daily visits)
	$48.00 per day for up to any 3 pets (3 daily visits)

Hotel Pet Service
If you are planning to travel to our service area with your pet, we offer a special pet care service designed to suite your specific plans. Ideal for business and vacation travelers who prefer to travel with their pets but need a pet sitter at their hotel. Click here to see a list of pet-friendly hotels we service.
Rate:	$30.00 per hour plus expenses (2-hour minimum) (Expenses include tolls, fuel, and parking fees)

Extended Pet Sitting
Overnight pet care is available on a limited basis. Please call at least 3 weeks before service is needed.
Rate:	$65.00 per night plus $18.00 for mid-day walk. 50% deposit is required in order to guarantee your reservation. No Refunds!

In-Home Bath and Nail Trim
Bath consist of in-home wash, dry, nail trim, ears and teeth. Supplies must be provided by pet owner. This service is available as an add-on to regular pet care visits. Service is performed in pet's home.
Rates:	$25.00 for small dog $35.00 for medium dog $45.00 for large dog

Misc Service Charges
These charges apply accordingly.
Holiday Surcharge:	$10.00 per visit on holidays listed below (Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day)
Late Payments:	$1.00 for each visit made while account is past-due
Returned Check:	$25.00 for each failed attempt
Emergency Visit:	$10.00 (less than 4-hour advance reservation) plus regular visit charges
Emergency Shopping:	$15.00 plus expenses (In the event there is no food or required supplies, sitter will attempt to shop for the appropriate item. Although there is no guarantee, sitter will make a "best effort" to provide food for your pet. This charge applies whether or not the food is purchased. This charge is required to compensate sitter's travel cost and time.)
