Your pet remains in his or her own comfortable,
familiar and secure environment. Your pet remains on their normal feeding,
exercise and medical routine. Your pet is not exposed to other pets.
Your pet can expect daily love, care and personal attention which will
give you peace of mind during your absences.
jWalk will schedule a visit to
your home for an initial consultation/interview to meet you and your
pet. We will at this time discuss all pertinent information about your
pets routines and needs. We will also go over the necessary paperwork,
policies and procedures and any additional information, at this we
will need to obtain 2 sets of keys for security coding.(See question regarding keys)
This depends on your pets and their needs. After
the initial interview we can recommend a complete customized package.
Yes, upon request we will be happy to provide proof of Insurance and bonding.

Yes, upon request we will be happy to provide references.
Yes, we need a signed contract, this will give us
permission to be in your home and care for your pets during your absence
as well as make you aware of (and agree to) our policies
and procedures. The contract does not lock you into any commitments,
you are free to discontinue (stop) services whenever you desire.
Keys are normally picked up at first consultation.
We prefer to receive two sets of tested keys, so that if one set is broken,
fails to work, or is lost, the second set ensures that your pets continue
to receive the care needed. One set will be kept in our security safe,
in case a key is broken or fails to work. Keys can be returned to you
after the contract expires or kept in our safe to be used the next
time your pets require our services.
Yes, on all major holidays, there will be a $10.00 fee added per visit.
Unless there is a "state of emergency",
jWalk will (make every effort to) continue to provide our excellent services.
We reserve the right to make adjustments to our services during inclement weather
to ensure the safety of your pets and our staff.
24-hrs prior to service date is required for cancellation with no cost.
If made under 24-hrs, refunds will be made according to our refund
policy as stated in your contract.
For pet sitting services a 50% deposit of the
total fee is required to guarantee (hold) your reservation. (We are
unable to guarantee your reservation until the deposit is received.)
The balance is due on the first day of services. At this time we except
checks, money orders and cash.
